Another Cleansing Enema

Here is a good enema for colonic cleansing. The salt is good to keep water absorbtion to a minimum and the oil and glycerin are good for cleaning.

1 1/2 quart of warm water 2 tablespoons of salt 2 tablespoons of mineral oil 2 tablespoons of glycerin
