Castile Soap can be used to further cleanse the colon. After using a soap solution, you might want to follow with a simple water enema to prevent irritation. Castile soap sometimes comes in a 0.3 oz. (9ml) packet. This packet can be combined with 2 quarts (1.7 liters) of water to make a nice enema solution. Remember to keep the enema temperature at about 102 degrees Fahrenheit (about 39 degree Celsius) give or take 1 or 2 degrees Fahrenheit (a degree Celsius).
