Castile soap is a gentle soap that is made with olive oil. It is used to cleanse the colon. Castile soap is also a slight irritant so be sure to follow up a soapy enema with a water enema or a salt-water enema. With a bar of castile soap use 1/12 of a bar (you can shave it or just dissolve it in the solution). Make sure it is dissolved. This shouldn't be hard because the solution will be warm enough. |
