This is the enema tip that came with my enema bag. It is pretty simple. It's a little bit larger than the fleet tip, but is still fairly small. It isn't hard to insert if it is well lubricated. It manages to stay in place fairly well, but it sort of needs to be held in position. The water can be made to flow through it quite well if you lift the bag high enough, but judging from some of the info I've seen on newsgroups, some people are looking for SERIOUS flow. If you are looking for more flow you might want to go for a large tip (also larger tubing than what comes with the kit). For the rest of us, this will probably do well.
